  • Organize and track over 250 award nominations each season.  Increased the number of awards won by 125% from 2023 to 2025. by restructuring the nomination process, delegating workflows across assistants, and establishing new workflows between the marketing and acquisitions departments. 

  • Manage marketing department advertising financials through creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and coordinating with external vendors.

  • Plan and execute 15-20 Goodreads giveaways per season for lead titles, coordinating author involvement through social media promotion and letters to the winners.
